RLAC Director

Noel Hardman has over 20 years of experience teaching music to children. As an itinerant music teacher for Kanawha County, she has taught in many area elementary schools. She has also been an associate director for the Appalachian Children's Choir since 2005. Noel has an active private studio and also teaches a Vocal/Acting class. When she isn't teaching, you can find her singing in local vocal ensembles including Opus Chorale and womanSong.

"I love summer arts camps! My camps offer a supportive environment where kids can learn how to overcome fears and accomplish things they didn't think were possible; from painting pictures to singing a song, or memorizing lines for a play to dancing the Virginia Reel. I want RLAC to be a welcoming and safe space for children to be creative."
